If you're looking for a completely unique team building activity for your next event, then you might want to consider duck herding as an option. This popular activity is similar to sheep herding and combines teamwork, communication and a lot of patience! Each group will work together with trained border collies to herd the ducks around an obstacle course.
With these cute, entertaining and sometimes naughty creatures there is always scope for much hilarity. This is perhaps why this activity has proved to be a favourite with our corporate clients. It's also a popular activity for weddings and is a great way to entertain guests whilst you take a few photos.
How do you heard ducks? With tips and instruction from a top sheepdog handler, you’ll be in good hands. All you have to do is work with your partner and the border collie to shepherd the ducks around the course. The team from Arla Foods, certainly make it look easy in our video below: How to Win at a Duck Herding Team Building Event.
Everyone had a fantastic time, the events & team building activities were great!! We are still talking about it today – everyone in the department is talking about the ducks! Again many thanks for the great couple of hours, we thoroughly enjoyed our time with you all.
